                                                             Mango Hill State School Principal  Tracy Egan welcomed the
                                                             plans and said it was a great result for students living in the

                                                             of getting to school, the overwhelming majority supported a
                                                             dedicated bus route for their kids,” Ms Egan said. “Our student
                                                             population has hit well over the 1,000-mark and will continue

       As part of the 2018/19 budget, council has allocated $2 million
       to the project which will see the Redcliffe Art Gallery relocate
       from  its  current  location  to  provide  additional  space  for
       exhibitions and public programs. The new 1000m2 gallery will
       feature display areas, new front counter, a courtyard, studio
       space, storage, curatorial space and general amenities.
       Council’s regular public meetings will continue to be held on
       the upper level of the building.
       The project is currently in the design phase. Construction is
       planned to start in late 2018 and is expected to be complete by
       early 2020.
