Fluffy Pancakes with Blueberries
ARCHERY SKIRMISH
Ingredients Method
3/4 cup milk Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl
2 tablespoons white vinegar and set aside for 5 minutes to sour. Combine
1 cup plain flour flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and
2 tablespoons white sugar salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk egg and butter
1 teaspoon baking powder into soured milk. Pour the flour mixture into the
1/2 teaspoon baking soda wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.
1/2 teaspoon salt Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and coat
1 egg with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter
2 tablespoons butter, melted onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear
blueberries on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook
until browned on the other side.
Salmon Eggs Benedict
Ingredients Method
2 eggs To poach the eggs, bring a large pan of water to the boil

2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons of instant coffee
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
